Job Objective:


As the Senior Corporate Sales Account Manager, your focus will be onboarding clients from various sectors. You will play a crucial role in managing our clients' accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with them. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with the sales team, analyzing sales performance metrics, and identifying clients' specific requirements and needs. This pivotal position requires a highly skilled individual with a proven track record in sales and exceptional communication and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  2. Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize, implement effective sales approaches, and achieve revenue targets as well as onboarding of new clients.
  3. Sales Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and devising action plans to optimize results.
  4. Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients' unique requirements and align our offerings to cater to their specific demands.
  5. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to anticipate client needs and preferences.
  6. Negotiations and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations with clients and manage contract agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.





Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or account management of any sector with a minimum of 4-5 years of successful track record.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data, draw valuable insights, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
